Orders re processed on business days- Monday through Friday; excluding major US holidays.

USA

Thank you for placing an order with us! It generally takes roughly 1-4 business days for us to process and pack your orders. If we anticipate longer than normal processing times, we will make it priority to update you in due time. For orders to the 48 contiguous US states, shipping takes approximately 3-5 business days. For our valued customers outside of the contiguous states, i.e. Hawaii and Alaska, shipping takes approximately 6-14 business days. Please keep in mind that while we work to make every customer satisfied, these shipping times cannot be guaranteed. Please reach out to us if you have any questions.

 

INTERNATIONAL

Thank you for placing an order with us! It generally takes roughly 1-4 business days for us to process and pack your orders. If we anticipate longer than normal processing times, we will make it priority to update you in due time. For Canada orders, shipping takes approximately 7-9 business days.

International orders take approximately 7-14 days to process and ship.

 

 

R e t u r n s  &  E x c h a n g e s

 

Returns 

We only accept returns for items that are damaged or incorrect. If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

• Include your order number and photo of the item
• We'll quickly arrange replacement or refund
• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• We do not offer exchanges
